About Me.

I’ve worked as a Senior Case Manager in Colorado, supporting families through CES, CHRP, CwCHN, SLS, DD, and EBD waivers. Over the years, I’ve seen how confusing and frustrating the system can feel — long waitlists, unanswered emails, and meetings where families leave with more questions than answers.I started Clarity Compass for IDD because I believe families deserve clarity, confidence, and practical tools when navigating services. My approach is simple: break down complicated processes into steps that make sense, prepare families to ask the right questions, and provide the confidence to follow up with agencies when things get stuck. This work isn’t about replacing your case manager — it’s about empowering you as a parent or caregiver to feel prepared, supported, and heard. When we work together, you’ll get clear explanations, actionable strategies, and resources you can reuse long after our consult ends.

  • Clarity – straightforward explanations of waivers, services, and options.

  • Confidence – tools and prep so you know exactly what to ask in meetings.

  • Support – guidance from someone who knows the system inside and out.

  • Advocacy – strategies to make sure your voice is heard with your case manager or agency.

What Families Are Saying

"Our family has benefited greatly from the time, expertise, patience, and compassion Alice brings to case management support. Navigating the system can be challenging, overwhelming, time consuming, and stressful, yet Alice is always available as a sounding board. She has excellent follow through on inquiries and is prompt and proactive in her response time. Best of all, it's obvious she genuinely appreciates our child and family and his unique strengths and gifts. She is a vital and important part of our (now teen's) "village" of support!" - Jessica C.

"Almost two years ago our paths crossed with Alice. Learning what the CES waiver has to offer, the process of getting services and how to navigate the on-going steps is overwhelming and at times - daunting. All along our journey, Alice has been nothing short of amazing. Her energy, attitude and vast knowledge of the system, the waiver and the processes has been incredible. Her ability to support us with clear explanations and breaking down the processes in simple to follow steps has been huge! Without her, I honestly do not know where our daughter would be. I owe a lot of our sweet girls success to Alice and her support!" - Meghann F.

"As a mother to a child with complex medical needs, just even navigating a diagnosis can feel overwhelming. Trying to ensure everything is set to meet requirements for waivers such as deadlines and then recertifications, all amongst taking our children to doctor visits, therapies, and more; it's all too much at times. Having Alice in our corner as a true educational advocate with experience through this process, has really changed the overall feeling of how the waiver process should go. With someone who is truly facilitating that advocacy level that all parents of children with complex medical needs should have, has enabled me as a aprent with the right information as it relates to the waiver, to properly advocate for my child, and that has been so incredibly invaluable." - Danielle L.
